02.05, 09.05, 16.05, 23.05, 30.05 - five Mondays Get a full body experience in this challenging, yet mindful class. Rooted in functional movement - “what can we do here to make our daily lives a bit easier?”, I will show you how build sustainable strength, endurance and flexibility, while (most importantly) falling in love with movement. Disclaimer: Classes are non-refundable due to the small size of the group. A recording of the flow is available after each class. If you know in advance you can’t make one the sessions let me know and I will see what can be done :)
